Who are we?

Sinodun Chapter No. 548 is a Chapter of the Ancient and Accepted Rite, commonly referred to as the Rose Croix. We originally met in Abingdon, the historic former county town of Berkshire, and although it is now administratively part of Oxfordshire, it is part of the District of Berkshire of the Ancient and Accepted Rite.

In 2025, the chapter decided that changes to the management structure of the Abingdon Guildhall rendered it unsuitable for its meetings. 

More suitable accommodation was found at the Wantage Masonic Hall, and meetings are now held there.
